Cultural Diversity Workshops in P4

Primary 4 have had a busy few weeks welcoming visitors from across the globe into the classroom.We have enjoyed  exploring a variety of cultural groups, tastes and experiences. Bonny helped us learn about China and entertained us with Chinese writing, eye massage, martial arts and traditional tea. Anthonia Lola from Nigeria taught us songs and dances as well as letting us try on traditional costume from her home region. Gosia also visited from Poland and showed us toys, books and photographs from her country (pictures from this session to follow in local newspapers). Everyone really enjoyed finding out about the different countries and our curiosity levels were well and truly heightened by all of the amazing activities!
