Smokebusters!

Our amazing Primary 6 and 7 children recently had a blast during an engaging Zoom lesson with Cancer Focus NI. The session was part of the 'Smokebusters' program, which is all about empowering our children with the knowledge and skills to stay smoke and vape-free for life! 🚭✨

During the lesson, the children discovered the sneaky tactics tobacco companies use to lure young people into smoking and vaping. They also learned about the addictive nature of nicotine and how it affects the body.

Our children were also introduced to some fantastic strategies, like distraction and avoidance, to help them maintain self-control and make healthier choices. 💪🧠
